Fervex Children Sugar-Free is a medication formulated to treat common cold and rhinopharyngitis symptoms in children. This pack contains 8 sachets of granules that dissolve in water to make an oral solution.
Active Ingredients
Each 3g sachet contains three primary active components:
-
Paracetamol (280 mg): Relieves pain, sore throats, and reduces fever.
-
Pheniramine maleate (10 mg): An antihistamine that stops runny noses, clear nasal discharge, sneezing, and watery eyes.
-
Ascorbic acid / Vitamin C (100 mg): Provides systemic support during viral infections.
Because this formula is sugar-free, it uses artificial sweeteners (like aspartame) and is suitable for children who need to avoid sucrose.

This medication is strictly for children aged 6 to 15 years. Sachets should be fully dissolved in a sufficient quantity of warm or cold water. The typical maximum treatment duration is 3 days.
